● The rotary disc adopts the principle of graduated disc, 90 degree segmentation means accurate positioning.
The arranged screws are divided into single pieces to eliminate screw overlap, thus achieving stable feeding.
The round head screws, gasket screws and thin head screws can be taken smoothly.
● Supplied screws rotary disc than the linear reciprocating shorten the homing time, increasing the screw supply.
● If there are any obstacles during the feeding process,
it will automatically return to the original position to ensure the accuracy of the feeding position.
● Can use digital control system to adjust motor for every screw type.
● The output signal is an optical signal. Automation equipment can judge whether there are screws.
If there are no screws for 20 seconds, alarm will sound to alert you.
